What we do

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

Kitchen

We specialize in designing the interiors of private homes. Our projects can range from small-scale renovations to large-scale new constructions. They can also involve different rooms and spaces, such as living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, home offices, etc.

Depending on your needs, preferences, and budget we can:

  • Create a beautiful, comfortable, and functional space that reflects your personality and lifestyle. We can also help you tell a story with your space, using colors, shapes, materials, and furniture that evoke the desired emotions in you and your guests
  • We can help you save time, money, and stress by taking care of the details of your project, from planning to execution, avoid costly mistakes, such as choosing the wrong paint color, furniture size, or lighting fixture
  • We can help you stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the design industry, as well as find the best quality products and services for your space

HOME STAGING

Staging2

We believe that home staging is essential for both vacant and occupied homes. When a seller still resides in the house, we enhance the existing space by rearranging furniture, decluttering, and providing maintenance guidelines. For vacant homes, elegant furnishings, neutral decor, and professional designer’s touch are key to showcasing the property’s potential and sparking buyers interest.

Depending on your needs, preferences, and budget we can:

  • Help buyers visualize themselves living in the home and feel more connected to the property
  • Increase the amount of the offer and the return on investment for the seller
  • Reduce the time that the home spends on the market by creating a positive first impression and highlighting the best features of the home

Our Process

  • Interior Design
  • Home Staging

My job isn’t to dictate your style but to discover it. I meet with you at the property. The first meeting is more of a brainstorming session where we gauge the project with your vision. With your input, I create several computerized layouts to give you an idea of the interior design pathway. Don’t just agree to anything I put into the design but talk about alternatives if it doesn’t match your thought process. There are numerous design paths to take for each property.

Creative concepts are NOT final products. They are rough drafts that give an idea of how the campaign could take shape.

I am using design as a tool to change perceptions through elements like color, shape, and texture. I interpret feelings and create dreams, to deliver lush, colorful and evocative spaces.

The staging process can vary depending on the type and condition of the home, the budget and preferences of the seller, and the level of involvement of the stager. However, a general outline of the staging process is as follows:

Consultation: The first step is to request consultations from professional stagers to choose the best one for your home. The stager will walk through the home with you and give you an assessment of what needs to be done, how much it will cost, and how long it will take.

Preparation: The next step is to prepare the home for staging by decluttering, cleaning, repairing, painting, and updating any outdated or damaged features. The stager will give you a checklist of what you can do yourself and what you need to hire a contractor for. You may also need to rent a storage unit to store any excess or personal items that you need to remove from the home.

Staging: The final step is to stage the home by arranging furniture, accessories, lighting, artwork, and plants in a way that showcases the home’s best assets, creates a welcoming and spacious atmosphere, and appeals to the target market.

The staging process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the size and condition of the home and the availability of the stager and the contractors. The staging process can also vary in cost, depending on the extent of the work and the quality of the items used. However, the benefits of staging a home usually outweigh the costs, as staged homes tend to sell faster and for higher prices than non-staged homes.
